I got that so I downloaded the zip and but it in /.upgrade, then did the upgrade. B2 will find the file and do the rest, Works great

Yes I see what you did, I think :) Ususlaly I just download the zip and ftp all the files across, so it's not a problem to upgrade I was just curious about the Upgrade from Git option. So it good to know you had the same result, maybe there is a bug in the process and it's not just me thst gets the error.

There is a new config var that allows to upgrade from anywhere which is now false by default for security reasons (reported by security specialists).

The upgrade from git uses this security restraint but does not handle it correctly. fixed in 7,1,6
