User levels:how can I set a permission level so that users can only post to blogs and no more?

I would like to set a user permission level which enables for users only to make new posts into blogs and that's all.
-no any kind of acces into the back office
-no starting new blogs
-no editing other author's posts
-no creating new categories

Yes absolutely. You will need to turn on advanced permissions and front-office posting (so they can post without access to the back-office).
