Where is the administration of "About this site" ?

Hello.
In the main menu I have the page "About this site" - I would like to modify or destroy it - but this page "About this site" does not exist in the "dashboard of the site" in the administration of the list of collections.
Do you have an idea where this page is to modify or destroy it?

Check out the posts/pages I think it is actually some 'item' or is it a widget Sorry don't use that skin at the moment
