Although I have disabled the Options (features > comments > subscriptions) and also deactivated there 'Registration of commenters' the form Comment form (for anonymous users) show options referring to features that are deactivated.
How can I fix this?

The 2 options you see are NOT related to user registration.

One allows to set cookies to auto fill name the next time they comment.

The second allows to be contacted by email.

Regarding your initial message here;: there is no option to get notified when there is a reply. Why do you say it doesn't work?

Can you please switch your system to English when you make screenshots or screenshot the demo server. I have limited energy to play guessing games about what you mean when the sceenshots are in German and the words you use in English do NOT match the words that B2evo uses.

And yes, sorry. I thought "Remember me" means, that I get a push mail to the e-mail address I left in case someone replies to my comment (that would be a great feature!)

Yes, that feature is on the todo list (it's been there for a while but I bumped it up)
