When you access the widget selection each widget has a little book icon at the end of the row. This is a link to the documentation which gives some detail on it's range of use.

[Item Tags] enables the tags to be listed at the bottom of each post or page when disp=single see https://b2evolution.net/man/item-tags-widget.

Use [Tag Cloud] to get the result shown in next post (couldn't add image via editing post)
