"noindex" and index problems with google search console (SEO)

Hello,

I got information by Google Search Control that there exist problems with indexing (see fig. below) . By "noindex" many pages are excluded. That seems to cause SEO problems.
Did anyone of you is facing the same problem? How can I manage this?

Is there a way to obtain the list of URLs that are excluded through NOINDEX so you can look at them?

yes; most of the files excluded are excluded by customization in the backend (noindex)
What I am worried about is, that Google indicates it has no valid pages indexed (although I get all my pages listed in Google Search)
