My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

One of my blog intallations (with 5 different blogs) sends me (admin) an email notification whenever *any* member creates a post. This notication is also sent to just one other member. As far as I can tell there is nothing unique about the settings for this other member.

I can't find anything about "notify whenever a post is created."

Anyone know how to change this?

I'm running v 1.9.3
