I operate a multi-blog setup for my school newspaper, and the editor-in-chief currenly participates in a blog on the school's website. Is there a way to set up a blog that will display that website, more than a link to it?

If not so, or if you can't get it running, you might want to try it with an iframe. Search Google for more information on this topic.
Or search the forums for "magpierss" as a few people have used that to make a little aggregator for their blog. Oh and Afwas it looks like you left out a link?
