My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I am new to b2 - just fresh installed the beta version of vegas release.

In the admin, I checked "allow users to subscribe".

But on the blogs, I see no place for a user (or visitor) to subscribe to a blog, topic, or whatever it is they subscribe to

Is this feature not implemented yet in the beta version, or am I missing something somewhere?
