My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

Hello,
I'd like to add a picture to the top of my sidebar using subsilver template.
This picture should be linked to another page.
Maybe you can help me out how I do that.

"subsilver template" is something from phpbb2 right? So wouldn't you be more likely to get a helpful response from the fine folk over at phpbb2?
