May I offer spelling and grammar suggestions for the Terms Of Service and Registration Agreement Terms?
Terms Of Service http://b2evolution.net/about/terms.html
Prepositions, (like "of"), are generally not capitalized in titles, so the title would be better as “Terms of Service”.
The word judgement is a misspelling, should be judgment. Appears twice, both times in a sentence starting, “You accept the administrators of b2evolution.net's judgement....”
In the “Yeah, well you know....” paragraph, “wether” is a misspelling. Should be “whether”.
In “By pinging b2evolution.net to get listed on the site when your update your blog, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service:” it should be “you update your”.

Registration Agreement Terms http://forums.b2evolution.net/profile.php?mode=register
The way the first paragraph is written, the last words, “will not be held liable” take “all posts” as their subject. I know that’s not what you meant. Try this,
Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not of the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence neither the administrators, moderators nor webmaster will not be held liable for the posts of others.[/list:u]
In the second paragraph, the word “above” should probably be changed in the sentence,
As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database.[/list:u]
I suppose the web page used to present the information form above the Terms. Now the information form is presented only after the terms have been agreed to. How about,
As a user you agree to any information you enter on the Registration Information form being stored in a database.[/list:u]
[/list:u]
I *believe* these changes have been made, thanks ;)
