My b2evolution Version: 2.x

Hhmm. Is there any plugin or anything that can help me to have an easier post making in the admin. I mean i have version 2.4.1 and i didn't change most of it and whenever i want to make my post bold i need to

the text first.
Is there anyway i can make the new post easier so that i can assign other user to post new messages in my blog.
