My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Version 2.4.5

I've four blogs set up -

* Councillors
* Blogs
* Pet hates
* Bloom

All are visible to be read and commented on. 'Blogs' is the one presented by index.php

However, when a user selects Write, and goes to 'New post in blog:', there is only 'Blogs' available for them to start a blog, none of the others are listed above the 'Simple' and 'Expert' tabs. For example, if I have 'Councillors' on screen and select Write, the only blog shown is 'Blogs'.

Can anyone advise what I should change so that all the blogs are available to post?
