My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Is there anyway to change how the redirect links work? I understand that the problem with some of the redirect links is that mod_security is enabled. But I am running the blog on a server environment where I cannot disable it.

I tried to disable it through .htaccess file but got an error 500.

The problem is that for example the contact link has the following link:
http://www.domain.com/b2evolution/blog6.php?disp=msgform&recipient_id=1&redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.domain.com%2Fb2evolution%2Fblog6.php%3Fblog%3D6

This fails because it has the http://www.domain.com in the beginning.

Is there anyway to remove the beginning of the domain from all the links?

I am running b2evolution 2.4.6.
