My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I re-installed my operating system but backed up all my database files and restored them

Now i want b2evo to run but when i try to open it its giving me an error connecting to mysql server, access denied for 'bloguser'@'localhost' using password 'yes'

Which file can i modify to in the b2evo files to add the mysql user i just created specifically for b2evo?
