My b2evolution Version: 3.3.1

Hi,
Some questions about user profile. I'm quite interested by new features added in profile but I get some problem/interrogations.
1-In backend, in profile admin, could I add a sentence somewhere saying "If you save, 3 others fields will be available"?
2-In frontend, in profile editing, we don't have access to those new fields.
3-In front end, when displaying profile, we do see those new fields but not "old" one (I mean, URL, ICQ, MSN, AOL, Yahoo). I'm quite sure it's not related to skin as I tried with a skin shipped with 3.3.1 version.
4-How can I create a page (frontend) with a list of all users and their profiles. For now, the only way I found to get to it is to click on an author name. It's not very usable, as some of my bloggers are occasional posters (and were around 30 people).
5-How can I add link to profile also for members who comments?
6-Do I can use one of those new fields as a signature displayed under each post?
7-Can I use avatar under each post? Probably with skin, but how?
