My b2evolution Version: 3.3.1
Some kept their names and some reverted back to Free Html and when I edit them there is no longer a box to add a name. I'm talking about the name only I see in the back in and not the block title that the reader sees.
BTW I love the latest release! Especially being able to drag and drop to reorder the widgets *squee* The adsense for the posts is awesome too!
I'm having a little big of trouble getting used to the new posting form and the file upload but by the time I upgrade the other 3 blogs I should have it sorted out.

Either it was removed (for whatever positive or negative reason), or it was unintentional, or anything. But all we can do right now is to wait for the next release and hope that it is added back ^_^
(Well v3.x is a major upgrade.. Im more inclined to an unintentional disappearance of the feature.)
