FireFox - Explorer - embedded flash problem.

My b2evolution Version:

ok,
I'm using version 3.3.1.

So far so good.. save for 1 problem.

When I embed a flash movie clip in the blog....

In Internet Explorer.. (latest version of explorer)

The flash clip displays but everything below it vanishes in the blog.
The articile abruptly ends after the embedding and all the pervious articles vanish too.

In firefox....(latest version)

The articles remain and the clip displays properly..
Except... Regardless of what values I put in for the size of the clip..
It won't change.

And the blog has problems centering anything below the clip.

NOTHING is erased or destroyed... All articles remain in tact. But they just won't display.

Pour obvious raisons, I removed the flash video. (It didn't work)
and secondly, it's not a public site.

Really there was nothing there to see...

Text..... Flash video.... nothing more.

Now it works great in Internet Explorer....

Also, <embed> is a deprecated tag and you have a massive width on it

Lower case attribute names also wouldn't go amiss ( CLASSID, CODEBASE, etc al )

I removed anything that might have been used for a deeplink to the site. I guess I should have looked over the "search and replace"

I spoke too soon.
Tried a second time with another flash video. The problem re-created itself.

I've got a feeling that video embedding is an ongoing problem in B2E.

It's working but it "buggy."

The problem intermittently "re-appears" I've gotten several emails from surfers about it.

Well... I'm not going to worry too much about it. I'll just keep my flash embedding down to the barest minimum
