My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

So running some google webmaster tools and I'm getting 600 crawl errors that all basically try to read pages like this:

Seems both the jal_no_js and poll_id are both causing the following error:

Illegal value received for parameter «paged»!

I have a feeling that this is tied to the Democracy polling plugin, and that maybe I need to inject a value somewhere, but I'm sorta clueless.

Does this sound like a simple fix or a hard fix? Any ideas?
