My b2evolution Version: 3.3.3
Let me explain my need first.
I run a fan site for a "barefoot shoe" that is getting pretty popular called Vibram Five Fingers. It's like a glove for your foot. One of the main pieces of content I have on the site are user-based posts including photos and stories about what users are doing in their Vibrams. People really enjoy reading and seeing what folks are doing effectively barefoot.
From a category structure standpoint, my largest category is the catch-all for "vibram five fingers" as that is the bulk (but not all) of the site content. As subcats, I have the individual, specific models.
For example, there is the KSO model. Thus, the cat structure is: vibram five fingers -> kso (url: http://birthdayshoes.com/vibram-five-fingers/kso/ ). This cat includes all model specific posts (like the user based photos/stories). Separately, I have a subcat called vibram user stories, which only has the user photo stories posts.
What I'd like to do is allow people to surf not just the general vibram user stories category, but a filtered vibram user stories category by model -- so this for ksos + vibram user stories:
http://birthdayshoes.com/?catsel[]=12&catsel[]=6&cat=*
This is very cool functionality, but what I'm wondering is if there's a way to make this URL look pretty. So I wanted to ask you guys if there was an easy way.
Thoughts?
Unfortunately, that doesn't cover this issue.
