[2.x] modifying main page

My b2evolution Version: 2.x

Hello All,

I've been running b2evolution for a few months, no problems. Now I want to change the main html page <title><\title> and META tags. This is the html that also calls the actual blog php file. Is there a way to change this in admin-> Dashboard? Can anyone point me to the php script that I can change directly.

Try changing blog title on Blog settings > General tab

The Blog Setting-> General Tab allows me to update the blog titles, but thats not what I want to change. I would to change the main window title (the one that gets listed when you bookmark a webpage. The html src is under the main page <head><\head> tags using <title></title> tags
