Are you actually using stub files? Or are you using the index.php that's included? You're not giving us much to go on, a link to the affected page is nearly always needed when diagnosing something.

I have no idea if i am using stub files, most likely just using index.php as I am just installing it and running with it default (except for theme).

Well, if you open that index.php file, you will see this line

That is possible for the moment.

If you remove the #, then your posts will be shown in cronological order.
