Thanks for the tip. I have changed the access issue, yet it still will not generate any of the tables in the DB. I now get the 1146 error letting me know that no table has been selected which makes sense since no tables where created by the script when I ran it.

For what it is worth, this server also hosts under a diffrent virtual domain a phpBB that works jsut fine. So I know the DB works, and that it is possible to get php code to work with it.

Well, sounds like it's all b0rked. Your best bet is probably to wipe out that database and start the install over again.
