Whenever I display the default blog page, I see no option to post a new blog(except when I'm in the admin panel).... Not only that, but what about registered users? Are they able to blog(not talking about commenting)?
Yes, you have to go to the admin page to make a new post. When a new user registers you have to give them permission to post. Go to the Blogs tab, choose a blog, then go to the permissions subtab and set their permissions there.
