I think if you go in the backoffice under the Settings tab you can set the amount of posts per page to an extremely large number (larger than the # of posts that exist) and then the entire blog will display on one long page. You could then save the page that way.
If you have multiple blogs that you're trying to save you could do each one individually or maybe use the All Blog to display them together on one page.
There is a cool firefox extension called Scrapbook that will save a static copy of any webpage you're viewing, I believe it saves it in html format, which you could then copy to disk or wherever.
