What blogging software are you using? If you can edit your template, you could make it match the Movable Type export format. If not, then I'm sure it would be possible to import from RSS. It just might take a little work.

Can you edit your theme in serendipity? Check [url=http://forums.b2evolution.net//viewtopic.php?t=3406&highlight=blogger+import]this thread[/url] out. It will be the same principle, but not the same template. You'll need to edit your theme to make it output something that matches the MT format. [url=http://www.brendoman.com/b2e/admin/dbc.txt]Here[/url]'s an example file so you can get the format right.
