How to modify the toolbar when editing a post

Hi,

I'm using b2evo 1.6 alpha.
I want to modify the toolbar when editing a post.
For example, I want to modify the text that is diplayed in each button (INS, DEL, STR, ...) or displaying a picture instead the text.

If you crack open plugins/_quicktags.plugin.php you should be able to change it to fit your requirements ;)
