That's the new back office interface for moderating the approved b2evo ping list (the list that shows when you've updated your blog ... that shows on the main http://b2evolution.net site). Nothing happened, because you're not authorized to log into the interface.
Short Answer: NO ... that's not a troll. :D
Longer Answer: No, it's not a troll, but ... I bet if you make a new post AND you've properly acknowledged the source of your FREE open-source b2evolution software, you'll get a short-term "recently updated" link on the main page of the main (PR-7) b2evolution.net site. ;)
