I realized that since months there is a bug in Backup: While www.zip works, db.zip does not. The ZIP file remains empty and the database is stored as db.sql
This is no matter concerning to hosts. This happens in two separate installations at different hosts, one with version 6.11.5 and the other 6.11.7
Is there a way to fix this?

I'm just checking out some old/orphaned posts:
Do you still have as issue with this. I have only 7.2.2s running currently and that seems OK ~ the db.zip is my full database.
I could install 6.11.7 and check it out
