6.11.3 Cache problem

b2evo system page reports that PHP opcode and PHP user caches are "none" (see screenshot). The PHP version is 7.3+. Bluehost says that they are present. According to the b2evo system page, given the PHP version is 7.0+ those caches should be active. Is there a place within b2evo to activate them?

I use version 7.2 and 7.3 and it works. You must change the PHP settings
