I am just setting up a b2evo (2.4.0-rc2) blog for my family to use. I would like to configure at least one of the blogs to always display any comments. I cannot find anything in the admin pages that will do this. Is there an easy way to make this happen?
http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?p=70004#70004 ought to be in the right direction, but it is NOT blog-specific. You would have to copy the skin, give it a similar name, edit the new one, upload it, and select it for the blog you want that behavior on.
